Achievements:
I lead the development effort based on Microsoft Media Player and JSP. The system included live video, speak and synchronised slides plus the ability for audience participation through an instant messengering client build into the web page.
I was the architect of the system, managed the development effort and in many cases acted as director / technician to client presentations.
I was also involved in pre-sales support which included client visits.

I was the IT Manager for the Homelet department of Hanover Park Group PLC.
Achievements
I managed the IT aspects of a move from the Corporate offices into 'Homelet House' in preparation for a spin out. This required a complete separation from the parent company systems and included the provisioning of the Telephone services including 16 seat call centre, Computers, Networking & Internet, new servers for file and print and the development and deployment of a uniform desktop for 120 users.
I setup and ran the in house development team which developed a multi tier desk top application to run all aspects (including financial, claims and under writing) of the companies insurance products. This system was used throughout the business including the call center.
I introduced Linux to the enterprise for email and file sharing.
